Dark circles are something that every young man experiences these days. At some point or the other, due to exams or work stress, sleep deprivation and anxiety is possible.
I am kind of in a similar phase and hence the problem. In addition to getting enough sleep, here are three things which I am sure each one of you have heard of and maybe tried as well –
1. Cucumber – Used it for the first time today. The cooling sensation was divine. Worked like a dream. Put thick chilled slices of it on your eyes covering the dark circle area for about 10-15 minutes for a week.
2. Green Tea bags – Put two green tea bags in a cup of boiling water and then in the fridge till they cool. Lie back with your head tilted and place one on each eye. Leave for 10 to 20 minutes. The tea bags will reduce puffiness and dark circles.
